Have you ever seen a beard of bees?  Well, you can at this year’s Honey Festival!  Catch Don Shump, the Philadelphia Beekeepers Guild President and owner of Philadelphia Bee Company as he sports a beard of bees.  Friday, 9/9 he’s at Glen Foerd — then Saturday, 9/10 you can find Don at Wyck House— and finally on Sunday, 9/11 he’s at Bartram’s Garden. (And yes, it’s true there is a National Beard Day the first Saturday of September each year!)
