Adult category, entrée: Monica Brundage, Spicy Honey, Ginger, and Garlic Glaze Brisket
Adult category, baking/dessert: Marie Stecher, Milk and Honey Panna Cotta
Restaurant School Student entrée: Tracey Scott, Coconut Crusted Fried Shrimp with a chili and honey sauce and pineapple mango honey salsa
Restaurant School Student baking/dessert: Rebecca Steinberg, Lavender Cake and Honey Chiboust Cream Trifle with Poached Apricots
